Single most knowledgeable engine builder in the area, possibly even the west coast. Wouldnt surprise me considering people send Joe engines from all over the world; and theres a good reason for that. Engine building is a dying art, too many kids watching youtube videos and its too easy to buy a turn key 500hp factory rocket these days. No one cares about cracking open a block, upgrading heads, throwing in new cams, thats all old school - but for those of us that like old school, we come to Joe. Hes been working on my family cars and power plants for over 50 years, and as long as an "open" sign hangs on the front door, we'll keep on comin'. Hell ill send my kids here one day, who knows.
